Fuel supplier

My visit to this site at 11.30am yesterday more than shows why this place only has 3 stars. The sign on the pump indicated there was a discount if I purchased something from the shop worth more than $10. The per Lt discount was crossed off and replaced with some scribble which was supposed to be a 4 but could have been a lazy 9 cents per lt. I paid for my fuel purchase plus $11.40 for lunch and milk and got back to my car and realized there was no discount on my receipt. I returned to the counter and the elderly lady told me it was on the bottom of the receipt. I stepped out of the line for other customers but could not find any discount so I again approached the lady and she looked and then said something about she forgot to press a button and then told me if I was going to get upset she would give me money out of the till. She gave me a $2 coin saying that would cover it. I stood my ground and said it should have been about $7 as I had bought 175lts of diesel. She asked if I had a calculator and when I said no she repeated saying if I was going to get upset she would increase the payment out of the till and tried to give me $4. I refused and she ended up giving me the $7 saying I was not entitled to it as It does not work like that" (174.48Lts = $6.98)Our small business has 5 x 4wd vehicles that can be fueled up anywhere so why on earth would we want to return to that site?"

Good service from office staff and delivery men.

Simple and lovely campground. Nothing too flashy here, but the amenities are clean and the park is well kept. This is also a great spot to access the National park (you are very close to the National park and beautiful beaches), plus a cafe/restaurant, a pool, and a lovely community (possibility for yoga classes, massage…).

Middle age blonde lady at the cashier appeared to be polite and helpful in explaining the loyalty program to me. Keep it up!!

Friendly staff & decent range of goods. I use it all the time especially for diesel, often cheaper than other servos near by.

Went here the other day, got a rude blonde hair lady. She was eating, thats okay, i dont mind, it was her attitude!!No please or thankyou or conversation or 2 words said to me during the whole transaction. Just a filthy look on her face. Wont shop locally here again to support local business.

Great location, pool area was great and welcome relief from relentless wind! Bathrooms were very well used but cleaned well once a day. Cafe food and staff were amazing. Park staff could definitely work on customer service and trying to satisfy guest needs without constant harassment to follow silly park rules. Recommend staying if you'd like easy access to National Park.

Staff are generally okay but the store is in need of a desperate refit. Items are poorly laid out and the place is badly lit.
